Welcome to JAM Performing Arts

JAM Performing Arts is a fresh young performing arts school established by sisters Danica Beckett & Jackie Hamilton in North Lakes, and is one of the fastest growing schools in Brisbane.

JAM Performing Arts strives to produce entertainers with confidence, style and all around ability in a disciplined yet fun environment.

We provide lessons for all ages from 2 to advanced in Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Ballet, Tap , Musical Theatre, Acrobatics and Acting. We also have Eisteddfod and Performance Teams that compete across QLD and have close ties with the local community to provide a variety of dance and pantomine shows.

Along with Danica and Jackie that are fully qualified CSTD teachers, the teaching staff consits of Michael Edge,  Renee Emery & Megan Cooper all of whom have qualifications specific to the disciplines they teach. All JAM Staff have worked or still work in the performing arts industry and have first hand experience to pass on to the JAM students.

All students perform in our end of year show to showcase their love of dance and acheivements throughout the year. Students are also encouraged  to be a part of our eisteddfod and performance teams however it is not compulsory - Why dance if you never get on stage to show it? All JAM students are taught to love what they do by teachers who love what they do!
